Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 16, 2026 · Last updated: October 23, 2026 · Version 1.3

Welcome to Rightrow. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rightrow platform, including our website, APIs, automated processing services, and all related data services ("Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rightrow, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rightrow Technologies ("Rightrow").

02 Description of Service & AI Disclosure

Rightrow is a data preprocessing and exploratory diagnostics platform that enables users to clean, profile, transform, and export CSV/TSV datasets through deterministic transformations, with an optional model-assisted fallback for ambiguous schema mappings.

AI System Disclosure: Some schema-mapping features may use an artificial-intelligence fallback. That fallback is not used to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, and its output is inspected before execution. The default cleaning path is deterministic and does not call an LLM.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

04 User Responsibilities & Operational Restrictions

You agree to comply with all acceptable use policies. Specifically, you shall not:

  • Provide inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent account registration information.
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or non-consensual data processing purposes.
  • Attempt to probe, reverse assemble, decompile, or bypass the platform's security controls or execution safeguards.
  • Use automated web scraping, data harvesting, or programmatic extraction tools outside authorized API endpoints.
  • Launch automated load testing tools (e.g., Wget, Apache Bench, Fiddler) that send disproportionate traffic.
  • Prompt or instruct the Service to infringe third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.

05 Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Paid subscriptions are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (and its global affiliates). Paddle handles billing infrastructure, currency conversion, sales-tax/VAT compliance, and billing support; its name appears at checkout and on your billing receipts.

  • When you subscribe to a paid plan, your transaction is processed by Paddle under its checkout terms and privacy policy.
  • Rightrow connects with authentication providers (Clerk Identity) and billing infrastructure over HTTPS.
  • Rightrow does not directly store, handle, or transmit complete credit card numbers or payment credentials on its servers.

06 Data Usage, Privacy & AI Model Exclusion

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details. In summary:

  • We collect and process the data needed to provide, secure, and debug the Service.
  • AI Training Exclusion: Customer datasets, uploaded files, and generated transformation outputs are not used to train public or private AI models.
  • Customer files are temporary and are deleted within 60 minutes by default. The operator may configure a different window.

07 Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds

Certain features of Rightrow require a paid subscription (Pro Analyst or Team / RevOps). By subscribing:

  • Free Trial: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being billed.
  • Auto-Renewal: Following the trial, subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly or annual billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings dashboard or through the payment provider's buyer portal. Upon cancellation, your account retains paid features until the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.
  • 14-Day Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment by contacting support@getrightrow.com or the payment provider's buyer support.
  • Pricing Changes: Any price modifications will be communicated at least 30 calendar days in advance via email.

08 Service Availability & SLA Commitment

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access unless a separate written SLA has been agreed. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features for scheduled maintenance or security work.

09 Account Deletion & Inactivity

You may export your processed datasets and delete your account at any time. Rightrow reserves the right to periodically delete accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months, providing at least seven (7) days' prior notice by email to the account address. Upon account deletion, temporary files expire on the retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Rightrow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the six months preceding the claim.

11 Intellectual Property & Dataset Ownership

All content, branding, technology, and materials of Rightrow are protected by intellectual property laws. As between you and Rightrow, you retain sole ownership of all original datasets and exported reports generated through the Service.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Rightrow entity is established. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal binding arbitration.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When updated, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify subscribers via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
